Responsibilities:
Supportive Learning Environment: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for infant students.
Collaborative Teaching: Implements curriculum and activities that align with the developmental needs of infant children.
Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students fostering a personalized approach to learning.
Classroom Organization: Maintains an organized and engaging classroom space conducive to active participation and exploration.
Communication: Effectively communicate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure cohesive support for each child's educational journey.
Adaptability: Embrace flexibility in assisting with various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the classroom.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field or working towards it.
Experience: Previous experience working in an educational setting, particularly with preschool-aged children, is preferred.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other instructional staff to enhance the learning experience for students.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Passion for Early Education: A genuine passion for contributing to the educational and social development of young children.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a classroom setting.
